Phil has over 15 years of experience in working with people to do extraordinary things within their community through sport and activity. In his last role at University of Birmingham he supported the next generation of volunteers in giving something back to there student counterparts and support major sporting events. Phil was also seconded to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games which saw him engage, train, and manage the hundreds of volunteers and stewards than enabled the spectator experience at the Squash and Hockey centre to be world class.
Phil is a keen sportsman who loves getting involved in his local community sports clubs who he supports in fundraising and volunteering. Phil loves ensuring everyone is reaching their potential in whatever they choose. he is looking forward to meeting and working with anyone and everyone from his regional areas.
