If you have just lost a loved one, dealing with the process of executing their Will may feel potentially dauting. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to help. Call us on 0300 012 0172 (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm) or email legacy@musculardystrophyuk.org.

1. Provide us with some details about the person who has left the gift.
You will need to provide our legacy team with the following details by email to legacy@musculardystrophyuk.org:
- the full name and title of the deceased
- their last address
- the date of their death
- a copy of their Will
- any information about the reason for the legacy
Please note, if the gift is a share of the residuary estate, we will need to see the Estate Accounts for audit purposes.
2. Pay in the legacy gift by cheque or bank transfer
Unfortunately, legacy payments cannot be made online or by phone.

Please make cheques payable to ‘Muscular Dystrophy UK’ and send them with an accompanying letter outlining the details above to:
