Northern Ireland Muscle Group

Our Muscle Groups are our informal regional support meetings, open to anyone living with a muscle-wasting condition. Family, friends, carers and PAs are all welcome too. The meetings are a great opportunity to meet others in your area, and to give you a safe space to share information and advice with peers.

Everyone is welcome to these meetings – whether you have been coming for years or have never been before. We look forward to seeing you there.

Register for your free place at our next meeting at Mencap Centre, 5 School Road, Newtownbreda, Belfast, BT8 6BT. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible with free parking on site. Lunch will be provided for all guests.
