Muscle Groups are our informal regional support meetings, open to anyone living with a muscle wasting condition. Family, friends, carers and PAs are all welcome too. The meetings are a great opportunity to meet others in your area, and to give you a safe space to share information and advice with peers.
Everyone is welcome to these meetings – whether you have been coming for years or have never been before, we look forward to seeing you there.
We'll be meeting at Future Inn Plymouth, 1 William Prance Road, Plymouth, PL6 5ZD, 1pm - 3pm.
We'll be providing light refreshments so please do let us know your dietary requirements when you register. The venue is accessible, and there is free parking available on site.
