The Sheffield Neuromuscular service is a Muscular Dystrophy UK Centre of Excellence and provides care and support to adults affected by muscle and nerve conditions. This service is available to people living in South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and North Lincolnshire. The service also sees patients from further afield who require access to specialist treatments or further opinions.

The neuromuscular service in Derby is for adults and children across southern Derbyshire, it is made up of a multi-disciplinary team that provides specialist ongoing management, non-invasive ventilation and therapy services for adults across Southern Derbyshire.
